This table leg combines Rapid-Line's expertise in processing aluminum extrusion, with some of our fabricated metal specialties including laser cutting, press brake forming, and welding. Then we paint, assemble, package and ship the complete product direct to the customer.

 

Our excellence in CNC tube bending as well as Stainless Steel Welding and Finishing is evidenced by this grabrail. We have the capability to bend a tube to must specifications.

 

 

 

 

This complex metal assembly has several moving parts and Rapid-Line's precision machining, laser cutting, powder coating, and assembly capabilities ensure a smooth working, heavy duty assembly for our customer.

 

These two parts exemplify Rapid-Line's ability work with material other than metals. We used our knowledge of manufacturing to expand our expertise from metal fabrication to processes that work with glass, fabrics, plastics, and more. This part we manufacture for a medical customer represents our ability to work with custom bend radii in our press brakes as well as our precision laser cutting and a powder coat finish.
